How to Carry Water

Flow - state nestled in an original poetry spoken at the beginning and end of class. We exploring our biomechanism, through lengthened breathing and slower movement. In this series, we flow into a set of one arm balance, an inversion and a standing asana. 90 mins


Won’t You Celebrate With Me

Every day, something has tried to kill you and has failed. This 60-minute body scan meditation, inspired by the poet Lucille Clifton, is designed to call you into a body of celebration. Won’t You Celebrate With Me is a whole body prayer — an embodied ritual guiding you home to the miracle that you embody. Each class opens with 10-15 minutes of breath, mindful movement, and intention setting to ground you in the present moment. From the souls of our feet to the crowns of our heads, we’ll plant seeds of possibility, prayer spells, and poems. You are not your trauma. Your suffering is not a prerequisite for celebration. We invite you to come as you are and leave feeling soft, serene, and in touch with your higher being.
